 WATCH out America, N-DUBZ are finally on their way  WATCH out America. Brrrap Pack stars N-DUBZ are finally on their way across the Pond after bad boy DAPPY sorted out his visa. He, TULISA and FAZER were invited to New York by Def Jam Records boss L.A. REID. But their chances of cracking the US had been in the balance - with the skeletons in Dappy's closet threatening to wreck their plans. Strict immigration rules make it extremely difficult for anyone with a criminal record to get into the US. That left Dappy, who was given a suspended jail term for a drunken altercation two years ago, fearing the worst. A source said: "It was touch and go if he'd be allowed into America. "The band had to shell out big bucks for a team of top immigration lawyers to keep their American dream alive." But it was cash well spent because Dappy was given the go-ahead yesterday.
